Beautiful 3br/2ba^Lavallette Jersey Shore rental! Summer 2025! Sleeps up to 8!

  • We have a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath rental just a block from the beach in Lavallette. This is the 2nd floor unit. Rental is fully furnished with a living room area and has Central A/C, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, outdoor shower, and plenty of off street parking. Huge shared yard with separate BBQ grills and outdoor furniture for each unit. We have a total of (3) units for rent at this location. All units can sleep up to 8 people. We are pet friendly for a small additional charge. We provide 5 beach badges at no additional charge. Rentals during peak season are Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights only. As with typical Jersey Shore rentals, we DO NOT provide bed linens, pillows, blankets, toiletries or towels.

Family vacay and reunion

Our family came in from Oregon and Pennsylvania. We all wanted to stay together and have a full beach vacation! This house was so close to the beach, shopping, attractions and fantastic food! The check in/check out am was super easy and smooth. Beach badges were a great bonus! Our hosts were so kind and responsive! This was great! Thank you so much for everything!

It was very outdated. Mismatched kitchenware. Everything was just thrown in the cabinets. I have never rented from an VRBO that didn't provide sheets, pillows, towels, etc. The off street parking was non-existant.

Amazing stay

Why a lovely home ! Clean, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. the location to the beach was perfect as well as to barnacle bills and restaurants! One of the toilets needed a new handle and someone answered my email within minutes . Someone came to fix it an hour later! Would definitely recommend

Needs updating

Great location but very small bedrooms. Bathrooms need updating. Upper outside deck has old turf on it and the table was all uneven and dingy. Backyard is very nice but the outside shower has only cold water.

Location can’t be beat!

A 5 minute walk to Trenton Beach. We walked to restaurants, ice cream and up and down the beautiful boardwalk. 5 minute drive to Seaside Heights, if you wanted rides and games. While the bedrooms were small, we were 6 adults and fit fine. The weather was beautiful so we were on the beach or grilling outside. You do share the backyard, but there are 3 grills and tables, so it worked out. Outdoor shower was great to get the sand off before you go inside.

Family beach vacation

Lavalette is a great option for families. Beaches and lifeguards at Trenton Street were fantastic and this location was close to everything with good parking. Plenty of outdoor space - but good to remember that you'll be sharing them with other families.

A++ Clean and comfy! Location was perfect… beach, coffee, restaurants and shopping! Owner was amazing and very attentive. He responded immediately to all emails. Parking was always available. Thank you!

Great family stay

Clean, great location, great backyard and parking. Lightning struck the telephone pole to the house unfortunately but of course that was nobody’s fault. Tv went out for half the stay but things happen. Would stay here again in the future.

Great vacation

We were pleased with our vacation in Lavallette and the two units we rented on this property. All was accurately described and everything in good working condition. The outside area with multiple grills and tables was a pleasant pLace to relax after a day at the beach. The host was extremely responsive, right from the booking up to and through the vacation. He made sure we were all comfortable.

Great stay! (Especially glad to have a safe shore vacation opportunity despite COVID 19!)

This unit had what we needed for a great week despite the COVID 19 circumstances: Our own entrance, our own deck, a well maintained, clean grill for our use, room to stash our bikes, scooters, and a spacious outdoor shower with warm water. The bedrooms are tight, but we only slept in them anyway, and kids don't care! The appliances, including the washer/dryer, were in great shape. Pete could be reached at any time for questions or concerns. I would definitely rent from him again.
