“We had great communication from the host, including prompt telephone response when we had a minor issue (our fault, not the host's) during our stay. The home itself was clean and well-furnished and -equipped. The hot tub thermostat and/or heater appears to be reading much lower than the actual water temperature. The tub thermostat kept resetting itself to a higher temperature after we lowered it, so we were unable to use it at all our stay because of the excessive heat. The host has promised to...
