“We enjoyed the lovely lake house immensely. It was well equipped, comfortable, cozy with a spectacular view. The weather was too chilly to enjoy the lake but the dock was a bonus to watch the sunsets. Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay at this rental again.”

“Had everything we needed.”

“Fantastic property that was very clean and decorated really cute. We will come again.”

“The house and property were perfect for our family getaway. The outside deck spaces, games, and hot tub areas were very fun for all and were easy for my mom in a walker to get to.Everything was extremely clean too.Lindsey also sent a cake for our mom’s 80th birthday celebration and was super responsive to questions.Would definitely book this property again! Thanks for a great vacation!”

“This was our family vacation over Labor Day weekend. We were so happy with the beautiful, lakefront house. All the amenities were fantastic. The guys had fun fishing from the dock, while the girls enjoyed the sundeck! Our host stayed in touch and explained everything great! The kitchen had all the things needed to enjoy many family meals together! The beds were all comfy and plenty of space for everybody to spread out whether it was inside playing games or outside grilling burgers on the gas...

“Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example...

“Wonderful home on the lake. Very homey and warm. We had four generations there and all of us found things to do and enjoyed all the homes amenities. 2 refrigerators were very helpful. Lots a kitchen supplies, also helpful! The lake was lower than usual due to drought but easy to get in and out of cove with boat and jetskis. The only concern we had was the steepness of the walk to the dock. We are a very fit family and we had difficulty with walking up and down to the dock from the house. ...

“Host was not easy to communicate with. VRBO says it’s not a pet friendly house but yet there was fresh wet dog pee on one of the beds. Took almost 24 hours to get a response from host about bed then they sent a cleaner there and they cleaned wrong bed. Couldn’t get back ahold of host before we left so 3 days and the problem wasn’t resolved. ”
