“The room was clean and organized. Because of the long line and one person at the desk, check-in took longer than expected. The ice maker was not working and the one small ice tray had cracks throughout it, which made it difficult to use it to make ice. Also, there was chewed gum frozen in one of the only four ice cubes in the ice tray.YUCK It was impossible to adjust the water temp in the hallway bathroom. Water would be scalding or cold. “Upon booking a month out for this vacation, I had noticed poor communication patterns from the host. Messages in relation to booking were sent multiple times, even after filing documentation, very confusing. Even with payment finalized with Expedia and my bank, I was asked again day of check-in to verify my card or I would be removed from scheduling. My card should have already been on file, so why did I have to send it again? Everything should have been pushed through one application....

“The host was absolutely fanatic! All the amenities was great. However, you can't control your own heat or air. The heat and air is controlled by the building. I was somewhat annoyed at this. You are in close proximity with all the main attractions. There were a few things that was of concern. Those things were the constant blaring of first responder's sirens in the area.
