Lakefront - Pontoon, Hot Tub, Kayaks - Sleeps 12

This spacious 2,200 sq ft lakefront home features stylish, modern furnishings and multiple areas to gather or unwind. Enjoy breathtaking lake views and stunning sunsets from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, or the large deck, which includes a hot tub, grill, and fire pit. The home offers two living areas, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating. Perfect for families or groups, it provides multiple private sleeping areas, an 80" TV with Netflix, a foosball table, and arcade games. Additional amenities include fast, reliable WiFi, washer and dryer, free parking, and premium finishes throughout.

The sleeping arrangements accommodate a variety of guests: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (full + twin), 2 twin beds, 1 futon, 1 sofa, and 1 air mattress, comfortably hosting large families or small groups. Below is a
detailed breakdown of the bedroom and bathroom layout:
- Upstairs, there is a queen bed along with a full bathroom.
- On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. To access the master bedroom, there are 2 steps down, and to reach the master bathroom, there are 2 steps up.
- Also on the main floor, there’s a bedroom with a full-size bunk bed (twin on top) and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Near those bedrooms is a half bath with a shower on the main floor.

Guests can enjoy complimentary kayaks and a paddleboard from mid-April to early November, and a pontoon boat from late May through mid-September (for an additional fee). For your enjoyment, there is a small beach area near the dock with easy access to the water. The water depth is approximately 6 feet at the end of the dock and gradually deepens to about 45 feet toward the center of the lake. Please contact the host if you’d like to use any water equipment so it can be prepared for you.

The hot tub is available year-round. For the enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that you do not adjust the hot tub settings or alter the water level. Doing so will result in a fine. We work hard to properly maintain the hot tub and appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep it in excellent condition for both your stay and future guests.

This home is designed for relaxing stays, not events. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted, and quiet hours begin after 10 PM. Keep in mind the property is on a quiet lake, loud music and disruptive outdoor noise are prohibited at all times, not just during quiet hours.

Visitor approval is required for additional guests. Smoking inside the home will incur a $500 fee. Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation without refund. Pets are welcome with approval. A $200 fee per pet per stay applies. Please include the number and type of pets in your booking request.

For your safety and the security of the home, please note there is a motion-activated Ring Floodlight Camera installed on the back deck that records outward-facing exterior video/audio when triggered by motion. We respect your privacy completely therefore there are absolutely no cameras inside the home. Please remember that our neighborhood has strict quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM, and this device helps us ensure we remain good neighbors!
