“I made my reservation over three weeks before my arrival. I make sure that everything was working in our room (AC, wifi, etc) because our plane arrived at 3am at delhi. Since we were 2 girls alone, we didn't want to risk anything that late at Delhi. We finally arrived at the hotel at 5am. First, to get there was a hazard. Is located in the main bazaar (Which i recomended to everybody not to stay there!!!) and you could see people on the groud naked, looking at you, it was just shocking). We...

“The rooms were spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities and a beautiful environment. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food and overall service were outstanding. “Checked in for one night only before an early train. Room was filthy, bed sheets dirty, looked like shower had never been cleaned. Water to the room stopped half way though the night. Two key cards were given to the guy who showed us up to the room but he only left one so slept with heavy cases in from of the room all night. Noisy all night from other guests.”

“Sehr gute Lage mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”

“Location very good, shower very good, wifi very good, breakfast very good. Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back. “Mum & I loved our 2 week stay thanks to the team who looked after us so well. Good room size. Good location right next to the lift for Mum. Friendly Room Service where they even made us something not on the menu. Generous portions. Restaurant Service downstairs was more casual but a great place to mingle and get to know the staff.
