Renovated one-bedroom apartment of approximately 55 sqm, suitable for up to 4 guests, located in Lazise, just 1300 meters from the historic center and 1600 meters from the beach. The apartment is part of the Blitz residential complex, which features a beautiful swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) surrounded by a large garden and a solarium, where each resident is assigned a designated area. A communal barbecue is available for guests.



The apartment has a new kitchenette, separated from the living area, and is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and electric oven. A toaster and a German-style coffee machine are also provided. The living area features a large dining table for family meals and a comfortable sofa with two single beds, suitable for accommodating two guests. The living area overlooks the communal garden, which can be partially used for outdoor dining, furnished with a table and four chairs.



The spacious master bedroom includes a wardrobe and a safe. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower cabin. Guests can enjoy satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.



A covered parking space in the garage completes the property. Small pets are allowed upon request. Smoking indoors is not permitted.

The final price includes:

RENTAL FEE: Paid directly to the owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts.

GUEST SERVICES: Provided by Regarda Travel and include check-in, check-out, bed linens, towels, courtesy kit, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, reservation management, host commission to the booking portal, correspondence, etc.

Additional charges:

Mandatory tourist tax, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Security deposit of €200, to be paid by credit card upon arrival.
