Cocoonr is pleased to offer this holiday let, situated in Chinaillon, in the commune of Le Grand Bornand, on the fifth floor of the former “Le Maroly” hotel, on Route du Chinaillon. This charming flat has a floor area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The flat comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a sofa, TV and dining table
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). To the left of the kitchen, there is a utility cupboard which can be used for storage during your stay.

- An attic room with a sofa, TV, books and board games for all ages.
- Two bathrooms with a washing machine and tumble dryer

Outside:
- A south-facing balcony with a relaxation area where you can enjoy the mountain air

Ideally situated right in the heart of Chinaillon’s main street, just opposite the slopes!

If you choose to come by car, there is a covered garage available, located 500 m from the flat, as well as a ski locker.
