On the ground level, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting living and dining area furnished with comfortable and cosy pieces, which opens directly onto a south-facing terrace of 20 m2, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. A kitchenette is also located on this floor, thoughtfully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own air conditioning unit as well as direct access to a private balcony. The second bedroom on this floor features 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement for additional guests. The single bathroom on this floor includes a shower and a separate WC.
