-A 60-square-meter two-bedroom apartment with a 10-square-meter balcony.

-South-east facing for maximum natural light.

-Accommodation rated 4 stars in September 2024 by the Le Lavandou Tourist Office: a guarantee of quality and proof that all essential amenities are available for your stay. This certification also entitles you to a reduced tourist tax.

-2 bedrooms with 140x190 cm double beds and various storage spaces (walk-in closet, dresser, etc.).

-Living area with TV (Netflix), Wi-Fi, and a dining area (indoor or outdoor, your choice).A Bluetooth speaker is provided, for use inside the accommodation only.

-Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances (Nespresso coffee machine + drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc.).

-Bathroom with shower, washer, and dryer (shower pan replaced in mid-March 2025).

-Separate toilet with small sink.

-Ample storage (entryway, toilet, bedrooms, etc.).

-Private parking space in the building (underground garage): secured by a gate for which you have the key.
Garage height: approximately 1.90 m.

-Air conditioning throughout the apartment (3 split units: 1 in the living room, 2 in the bedrooms), installed in June 2024.

-2 shared bike storage rooms on the P1 level (access with the apartment key).

-You can eat outdoors on the balcony.
Please note: The property is located near downtown and a busy road. Noise may be audible from outside or when the windows or French doors are open, which may bother guests who are sensitive to noise.
