THE ACCOMMODATION:

-Close to the sea: just cross the road and enjoy the beach.

-Accommodation rated 3 stars by Le Lavandou Tourist Office: a guarantee of quality and proof that all essential facilities are available for your stay. This certification also entitles you to a reduced tourist tax.

-Prime location in Le Lavandou: flat in the town centre, close to amenities such as restaurants, bars, the market, a mini-market, a bakery, a pharmacy, etc. Please note for those sensitive to noise: as it is in the town centre, there is foot and vehicle traffic nearby.

-Facing: South (building facing south)

-Floor area: 45m² + balcony.

-2 bedrooms: including a master bedroom with an en-suite toilet and bathroom.

-Air conditioning installed in the living room, supplemented by two fans (one in the bedroom and one in the mezzanine) to help circulate cool air throughout the property. Depending on the floor area and the installer’s recommendations, the air conditioning alone is generally sufficient to cool the entire flat.

-Blackout system: blackout film installed in September 2025 (non-adjustable and non-removable) in the master bedroom, as well as a blackout roller shutter in the mezzanine bedroom.

-Storage available: chests of drawers + hanging rails.

-Modern bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine available.

-Laundry room: various drying racks available (hangers with pegs, an extra rack for the balcony + a large one in the bathroom) and facilities for ironing your laundry.

-Living/dining room: a cosy space to relax with a blanket and enjoy meals with family or friends.

-Wi-Fi available.

-Open-plan kitchen with new appliances: blender, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave...

-Balcony: sleeps 2, ideal for breakfast or a cigarette break (please remember to close the windows to prevent smoke odours).

-Parking: paid street parking (during part of the year in high season) or free parking nearby (market car park, except Wednesday evenings/Thursday mornings). No private parking space.

-Important: Although a board was installed in March 2025 to secure the mezzanine area, this space is not recommended for young children without supervision due to the stairs and the lack of a full safety barrier.

SURROUNDINGS:

-Beach: just a short walk away, simply across the road; however, there is no view of the beach from the accommodation. If you listen carefully, you might just hear the sea...

-Local amenities: shops, supermarkets, greengrocers, local market (Thursday mornings).
