Domaine anoutous, Perry, Peaceful holiday home with sea view

This vacation home is set in an exceptionally peaceful area in St. Clair near Le Lavandou (30 km from St. Tropez) on a one-hectare property with cork oaks and green umbrella pines. The beautiful sandy beach of St. Clair and the azure Mediterranean Sea are only 600 m away. You can reach the beach on foot in 15 minutes.



Our grandparents once grew wine on a small scale on the property. Apart from the terraces, little remains of that today.



The cottages are very quiet, far from the main road, situated on a hill.



The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests. There is a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer, Senseo and filter coffee makers, and a kettle.



A small supermarket is within walking distance, and you can enjoy the many sights and restaurants in the area.



The region is easily accessible by car from the Netherlands via the usual routes. Flying to Toulon Hyères Airport is recommended, as it is only a 30-minute drive. Marseille and Nice are reachable in 2 hours. The train is also a good option via Brussels - Marseille - Toulon.



Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
