Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned, single-storey house in Le Thoronet for rent. It measures 100 m² and features a private swimming pool, accommodating up to 6 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and access to the swimming pool
- Bedroom 2: double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190), TV and access to the swimming pool
- A bathroom with a bath
- A shower room with a shower and toilet
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 8 x 5 m, fitted with an alarm, accessible from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 1,000 m² garden and a south-facing terrace of approximately 40 m², with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Le Thoronet; it is a single-storey property facing south, in a quiet and pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 3 vehicles). A garage is also available on site for storing bikes and/or motorbikes.

- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères Airport, about 1 hour’s drive away
