Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned villa with a private swimming pool for rent in the town of Le Thoronet. It has a floor area of 135 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of approximately 1,050 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
on the ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with two sofas, including an electric recliner, and a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen (south-facing) including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1 with a double sofa bed (full-size mattress 140x190), desk
- Bedroom 2: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room, toilet, and a 2 m² balcony
- A separate toilet

on the first floor
- Bedroom 3 with a king-size bed (180x200), shower room, a walk-in wardrobe, and a toilet


For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from April to October (fitted with two alarms); dimensions: first section 9 m² with a depth of 50 centimetres and a second section measuring 50 m² with a depth of 160 centimetres (weekly visit by the pool maintenance technician). The swimming pool is available out of season on request for an additional charge of €15 per day
- A beautiful, enclosed private garden of 1,050 m² plus a 100 m² terrace (south-facing) with garden furniture, a table tennis table with bats, swimming rings, a boules court with boules provided, and a children’s corner with books and games to enjoy on sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Le Thoronet, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
Just 15 minutes away is one of the Var’s most beautiful markets in Lorgues on Tuesdays and Fridays
The villages of Salernes, Villecroze, Aups, Cotignac, Entrecasteaux, Carcès and Tourtour are all within 20 km
The beaches of Saint-Tropez and Saint-Maxime, with their fashionable boutiques, restaurants and a wealth of small shops of all kinds.
The Gorges du Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix, offering hiking, sailing, canoeing, swimming, picnics and restaurants, less than an hour’s drive away

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one vehicle), the private car park (four vehicles) or the carport at the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- The nearest railway station is in Cannes, approximately 1 hour 10 minutes away by car
- The nearest airport is Cannes-Mandelieu, approximately 55 minutes away

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.

- Pets allowed, subject to a supplement of €30 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A fixed-rate surcharge may apply.
