Gite with access to swimming pool

Nice air-conditioned cottage in LE VAL in the heart of Provence Verte, Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume. It has a living room with a convertible armchair, a kitchenette, and a spacious bedroom, the swimming pool is accessible throughout the day, we have a garage for the storage of any bikes or motorbikes.<br> You will enjoy the calm and the superb view of the valley from the sunny terrace. The place is ideal to discover our beautiful region, to discover the massif of Sainte Baume or Sainte Victoire, its picturesque villages, its lakes (Carces et Vins nearby, Esparron and Lake Sainte Croix an hour's drive away). Without the crowds of the coast, taste the wines and olive oils of local producers. Hyères and the Giens peninsula are less than an hour away.<br>Also, you will be asked on arrival for a deposit of 150 euros (by check or bank transfer) for the end of stay cleaning not carried out, or any damage caused. And will be returned after your stay, as we do not take any costs for cleaning, we ask to return the cottage as it was given to you on the first day. Thank you for your understanding.
