I'm going to begin with the property manager who I was in contact with from the beginning. I am always second-guessing myself, and I gave myself anxiety thinking I had booked wrong dates and/or the wrong location. Budi Kusser was prompt and informative in all of our email correspondence, as well as kind and patient, and I truly appreciate that.
I rented this wonderful house for my family to stay at while participating in the Terry Peak Total Archery Challenge. The location was very important to us, and this house is right down the road from Terry Peak. There were 16 of us (11 adults, 5 kids). The house was immaculate, bright, modern yet rustic, and spacious yet cozy. There were enough beds for everyone, which was crucial for us because we were all tired and sore from so much hiking, and being able to get quality rest in comfortable beds always makes things better. The hot tub was an awesome amenity for our achy muscles as well, and we were highly entertained by the foosball table and shuffle board! We didn't watch a lot of TV, but the TVs are new enough that the kids were able to hook up one of their phones via bluetooth so they could laugh at some Youtube videos while cuddled up together on the large, comfy couch. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils to make meals for such a big group, as well as some spices and condiments should you forget to bring your own. We also utilized the grill on the deck, and that was cool because the view was gorgeous! Lastly, we were able to fit a car, a minivan, and 3 crew cab trucks in the driveway.
Our stay at this house made core memories for me and my family! It exceeded all of our expectations, simply because we couldn't believe that a place this perfect existed and we were so lucky to have snagged it! If we all decide to do TAC at Terry Peak again next year, we will most definitely be booking here again!
