Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples getaway, reunion, or trip with friends, this newly built luxury retreat is designed to offer the perfect mix of relaxation, entertainment, and convenience. Located next door to Your Place, just outside of Lead, you'll enjoy easy year-round access with fully paved roads, an attached garage, and a central location just minutes from the Black Hills' most popular attractions.

Designed to comfortably host up to 12 guests, My Place offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a private en suite bathroom and its own TV. Every bedroom includes a king-size bed, while two of the rooms also offer twin-over-twin bunk beds, making the home ideal for families as well as groups of adults. Two additional half bathrooms provide extra convenience during your stay.

The bright, open-concept main living area is the perfect gathering space, complete with a cozy gas fireplace, a fully equipped oversized kitchen, and ample seating for meals and conversation. If work calls while you're away, a dedicated workspace with a desk provides a comfortable place to stay productive.

Head to the oversized garage game room for hours of entertainment. Mix up your favorite drinks at the full bar, enjoy a game of ping pong, shuffleboard, or darts, and make lasting memories no matter what the weather brings.

Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, relax around the gas fire table, or share meals on the spacious patio while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and fresh Black Hills air.

Guests also have access to the Powder House Pass community clubhouse, featuring a game room, kitchen, and a heated outdoor pool with fire tables. During the summer season, you'll also enjoy access to the larger swimming pool and splash pad for even more family fun.
