The host was very kind and accommodating. The place was very well done, roomy and perfect for my little get away. The bed was incredible and felt like home. Definitely worth another stay.

Quant and Cozy

We love coming to Leadville for Thanksgiving weekend and this little quaint apartment (cabin b) has become our go to spot. Easy stroll to downtown and access to in town bike trails is a bonus. We just wish they would upgrade the sofa, add a nice comfy chair and a humidifier then five stars all around d would be easy.

The inside of this location is very nice, clean, well designed, and we were pleased with the amenities. We did utilize the hot tub which was clean, easy to use, very private. The bed was really comfortable, the rest of the unit well stocked with anything you might need, the hosts were very friendly. The one thing I have to add is don't judge a book by it's cover. When we pulled up to the designated parking spot for our unit, we were skeptical. Once you get past that, the unit itself is super cute and very comfortable. We would stay at this location again.

Amazing hospitality!

Property can be a bit decieving from the outside. In reality it is a cozy property with absolutely everything you need for your stay. Going above and beyond you are greeted with pop and water in the fridge, a little "care package" on the counter and a well equipped fridge. The property is clean and the owner communication is friendly and informative. Really one the best places I have stayed. Highly recommended!

Family Birthday weekend

This cabin was so cozy and perfect for our visit. Loved the French press coffee maker. Comfy bed, plenty of towels and water in the fridge for us. We will stay in again when we visit family.

Mothers Day

Place was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was clean and warm, but not very powerful some of the jets did not work 😔. Most of the time we did not have hot water. There is a tea kettle to heat water todo the dishes. Adequate dishes, no prepping bowls. Plenty of towels and blankets. Extra rags under sink was great to use for the dogs. Not recommended for people with mobility issues. Platform bed is low and high step to get into bathroom.

Everything was amazing aside from the entrance outside the front door to the car was a sheet of ice. Made entry difficult with luggage and leaving to and from. It eventually snowed and a plow came through which helped as it covered up the ice but was tough going until that occurred. Everything else was great and would stay again

Cabin Stay Before Ski Cooper

Very cute little cabin with adequate room to blow up an airbed for the kids in the main room. Hot tub was a huge plus, but would recommend having towels for the hot tub or bringing your own. Cabin was cleaned and cutely decorated. Overall, would definitely recommend this for a perfect little get-away!

Great little place for the price

Stayed here for ski trip with wife. Cute place, but no WiFi, or no info easily available, pillows and bed not to our liking so not much sleep had. Wanted to dip into the hot tub, but it was more “lukewarm “ , so decided against it.

Will absolutely stay here again!

We were on a week long vacation for my boyfriend’s birthday. This place was perfect! It had drinks in the fridge and tea packets along with coffee. The location was very quiet and easily accessible. Already making plans to stay here again when we go ski Cooper this season!

Quaint and Easy Access to Downtown

We were surprisingly pleased with our small downtown "cabin" tucked away at the end of downtown Leadville. It was cozy and the kingsize bed was comfy. Things we love about our stay... 1. Close and walkable to downtown 2. Easy access (less than a 1/4 mile) to the Mineral Belt Trail 3. Fast wi-fi 4. Fridge was stocked with bottled water and canned drinks 5. Great communication pre-trip from the host Not deal breakers but things we would like to see on our next stay... 1. A couple of extra cutting boards and a colander in the kitchen 2. Extra pillows and blankets 3. A little bit bigger and more comfortable sofa 4. Large door mat in the hallway to make taking off snowy boots and shoes easier Overall we loved out stay in Leadville and the accommodations provided by our hosts.

Cozy get away in Leadville

Great location in Leadville-short walk to cafes. Very comfortable and clean unit with all we needed during our visit. We really appreciated all the proactive communication from our hosts with all that we needed to arrive and easily check in. A sweet welcome gift awaited us too. We look forward to returning.

Quiet, Clean, Cozy

Property Manager was very helpful, friendly and prompt with response, every time. I truly felt she cared that our stay was perfect in every way. Great little escape that was not too far from resort towns, but without the high prices. The hot tub was great, and my friend was able to relax in the hot tub alone and enjoy some stars. My dogs were welcomed and did great. It was very clean, quiet and well furnished. The bed was so comfortable too. It had a nice little gift bag and complimentary drinks. Absolutely lovely and great getaway. We will be back for sure!

Great location for our hiking trip

Leadville is small and has a ton of history. We hiked a couple 14ers, went horseback riding, and enjoyed the downtown. The cabin was conveniently located and just what we needed. The shared hot tub was a great touch!

Weekend Retreat!

Great location to downtown, well stocked kitchen, the hot tub was amazing! Short walk down to main street, with quaint shops and good selection of eateries. The welcome bag was a great touch! Very attentive staff. I’d definitely stay here again!
