La Vida La Frio (The Frio Life) es una nueva casa de 6 dormitorios / 4 baños en el río Frio

La Vida La Frio (The Frio Life) es una gran casa de 6 dormitorios / 4 baños en el río Frio, al sur de Leakey. Cuenta con una brisa a través del centro de la casa que permite que el viento fluya a un porche / patio cubierto que tiene mesas y sillas configuradas para su entretenimiento y relajación. En el lado izquierdo del corredor hay una cocina totalmente equipada con una barra para comer y una mesa de comedor. La espaciosa sala de estar cuenta con pisos manchados, TV de pantalla grande, WiFi y vista al río. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, así como un baño privado con ducha. Hay un dormitorio extra grande en este lado de la casa. Y otro baño que se abre desde el pasillo con una combinación de bañera / ducha. Luego, en el lado derecho del corredor hay tres dormitorios adicionales. Dos de las habitaciones tienen una cama king y una cama doble. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y dos camas individuales. Hay un gran baño en la planta baja con una cabina de ducha con tocador y una habitación separada para el inodoro / tocador. También por un cargo adicional, puede alquilar el área de dormir arriba que ingresa desde el porche trasero / patio exterior. Esta área tiene una habitación abierta con 3 camas queen y 2 camas individuales. También hay un baño con ducha. Una lavadora y secadora, siempre para su conveniencia. Toallas y sábanas están incluidas para su conveniencia. Hay una cubierta con vistas al río Frio y un pozo de fuego ubicado en el rellano debajo de la cubierta con un patio adicional también. Esta casa ofrece un excelente lugar para entretenerse con familiares y amigos o simplemente sentarse y disfrutar del entorno tranquilo. Tubos, natación y kayak en el río Frio están a pocos pasos de distancia. También disfrute viendo la vida silvestre como ciervos, pavos y pájaros desde el porche y la terraza. ¡Deje que nuestra casa sea el lugar para hacer recuerdos con su familia y amigos en el río Frio y viva La Vida La Frio!

Room for everyone

We came out with a few families, all ages from little ones to grandparents, and this place was just right. The house was laid out well, plenty of space for everybody to spread out and still come together. Thoughtful details inside and out made the home comfortable. Great river views and access

Fantastic Family/Friend Getaway

We had multiple families and kiddos come together for an enjoyable 3 night stay. The river access was great, very clean, owner is very responsive and the facility was well stocked with everything you would need.

Frio Family Fun!

Excellent location for floating the river. Everything about the property was well thought out. Enjoyed the setup of the house as well. Good for several families to enjoy.

Great weekend!

As usual we had a great time! We have stayed at this house for several years and have not been disappointed. House and location is exactly what we like, not too loud or crowded and the water level was higher than expected.

Excellent in all ways

Clean, beautiful, the most well appointed kitchen I have ever experienced in a VRBO. TWO fully functional refrigerators. Fantastic custom charcoal grill. Tom Fitzpatrick is a lively gentleman and easy to work with.

Great place for entertainment and water access

Tom has a gem on the Frio! This place has it all, plenty of rooms, places to entertain, and great water access. Despite the drought, the water was nice and waist deep and more in places.

Everything you need

The house has everything you need except the food. Extremely well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Great location. The river was low so we just brought some tubes behind the house and hung out there all day.

Amazing house and location

This home was beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with kitchen appliances/utensils. It had a large outdoor area with seating and a fire pit. There was direct lake access from the house, which is a huge bonus! It was very easy to communicate with the host. We will be staying again!

Fantastic House

We loved our stay at this house!! This is the second time we have stayed at one of the properties Tom takes care of and they are always wonderful. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was taken care of, from trash bags to seasonings and pots and pans. The house is set up perfectly for two families and a bunch of teenagers! Definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Frio River house for large group.

Our group of 18 had a great time at the La Vida La Frio. The owners put a lot of thought and care in this home. This is our 3rd time staying at one of Tom’s properties. Water was a lower than usual but we still had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise. We love it here and will be back.

Better than it looks online

This property is gorgeous. The views from the kitchen window of the hills are spectacular. The river was low but that made it even better because it was like having your own personal river pool out back so we kayaked and laid around in our tubes. Made a bon fire at night which was lovely.

Feeling Free on the Frio

What an amazing gem tucked away in some of the most charming scenery in Texas. Dipping your feet in clear cool water while watching the bass and bluegill swim by was therapy for me. The house has a incredible layout for entertaining.. I only turned 40 once and what a great way to do it. Bass

This house had most everything we needed except paper products and shower soap. We purchased toilet paper and paper towels.

Great Place

We love this house. The deck and the river was very relaxing and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We utilized their charcoal grill quite often. The gps doesn’t pick up the right address so it’s slightly hard to find. Make sure you read the directions that were emailed thoroughly before hand so you don’t pass it up! Since it’s new, the owners are in the process of having better signage on the road. Highly recommend this gem! Thanks for providing such an amazing place. We would definitely come back!

Our stay at La Vida La Frio

My family loved La Vida La Frio!!! The house is situated by the beautiful Frio River. The view from one of the sitting areas is spectacular! There are steps leading down to the river where you can sit and feel the peace; kayak; tube or wade in the clear clean and invigorating Frio. You can walk down away from the crowd and fish. There are bass and trout. You should bring your waders. You can sit by the fire and make s’mores. The house is spacious and absolutely beautiful! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers are modern and have great showers and shelving. The atmosphere is clean, light and inviting. The kitchen is especially well designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is plenty of space for several cooks and seating for a large group. The design is excellent and the decorating is interesting and lovely!! It captures the essence of the area. My family and I celebrated my birthday there; and it was perfect! Also, it is very near Gardner State Park and Lost Maples State Park for day excursions. Tom Kirkpatrick was very helpful and kind. He was attentive to our needs, cooperative, available and friendly. I really enjoyed meeting him. I would give my highest recommendation to go there. My family and I definitely want to stay there again.

Perfect Large Family Home

Great space both inside and out. Patio was enjoyed by our adult children for playing games, watching a game and chilling. Inside was very spacious for us to all enjoy breakfast together. Even with a dry summer there was still plenty of fresh flowing water for us to enjoy paddle boarding and floating. The guys spent hours trying to catch the "big bass". Plenty of outdoor games, no need to haul your own. We will spend many future family vacays here

La Vida La Frio is THE PLACE for fun!

Everything I side and out of the fabulous house was awesome! Privacy, fully stocked house, lots of room, river in the back yard and the layout of the property is Great! Tom K. Was very accommodating & hospitable! A couple of items were left behind and he gladly mailed them back! Bedrooms were very comfortable and this great home accommodates many- Inside and out! You MUST Checkout this new build! You won’t be disappointed!

Easter Weekend

Our family enjoyed our stay over Easter Weekend! The floor plan worked out well for having several families in one space. The kitchen was well stocked and accommodated all of us comfortably. And the private access to the river was the best part.…we spent most of our time floating, exploring and fishing!

Only one missing information is about 6 bedroom and 4 bath.But it is only 5bedroom and 3 bath .Additional bedroom and bathroom is for extra coast.Need more information about listing site about this

Our Family Christmas

The house was very clean. We especially liked the owners decorating the house for Christmas, it was awesome! Tom made sure we had everything we needed. The house has more than enough kitchen pots, pans, silverware and place settings. The boys caught 16 fish! Our extended family will have lifelong memories of the Christmas time we spent there.

Thanksgiving Bliss

Had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of things to do. House was clean and beautifully decorated for Thanksgiving. Would highly recommend this to everyone.
