  • 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom BOHO decor cottage located in a perfect spot steps to Seacliff Beach, park, splashpad, amphitheater. Every amenity needed is within walking distance.
    Quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours.
    Pets are welcome. Enjoy Point Pelee national park for bird watching, canoeing, biking, walking, butterfly migration, and family fun. Unlimited entry pass is included with your stay for one vehicle.
    Outdoor space includes a hose for washing sand off, bbq, private eating area, wagon and toys for the beach.

This cottage is exactly as advertised, we had a great stay. We liked that it was a short walk to the beach and only 10 minutes to Point Pelee park. Excellent communications with the host, would definitely recommend this cottage to friends.

Thank you so much Erin for having us in your amazing cottage. We really appreciated modern amenities, tasteful decor and comfortable beds! Also such a close proximity to waterfront attractions including ferry terminal to Pelee Island was unbeatable for the price! Our dog loved Seacliff Park and the beach! We had great family time with our furry companion! Beata, Thomas, Julian and Buster

This was our second stay at the property and we had a wonderful time. The cottage is clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It is close to stores, restaurants, the beach and Point Pelee National Park. We came for the spring birding festival and the rental includes a park pass which was great. We would recommend this place and will be back again.

Loved Erin’s place, quick walk to everything, location was perfect, a few minutes to beach, shopping. Erin’s place had everything needed for a vacation, I think she thought of pretty much everything to make a stay enjoyable. The place was very clean & comfortable. Erin was a great host, even checking in on us after a storm. Leamington has a lot to offer, the beach in my opinion was the biggest draw for me. I look forward to returning.

Small, but suited our needs. We were an easy 8 minute walk to the beach. There were adequate dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen. The backyard lawn was not cut, it was not very nice to sit in.

Awesome, quiet place that beats getting stuck in a hotel. Close to the park and the waterfront if you like walking or running.

Cozy cottage great location

We enjoyed our stay here. We came for the Festival of birds at Point Pelee and had a great time. We would recommend staying here.

Everything was great. Location is about 2 blocks from the lake. We were in Leamington to go to Point Pelee National Park and a pass to the park is included in the rental, a big savings! Communication with Erin the owner was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed the proximity to lake Eerie and the nearby park. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. Loved our stay

For the price I paid for this time of year, it was a great deal. Love the location. Close to the parks, splash pads and beach. Stores a short drive away and lots of delicious food nearby. However, NO BBQ, so be mindful of that. Inside decor was gorgeous. Backyard needs an upgrade. No lighting and chairs were uncomfortable. However, like I said, such a great deal considering the price and I would not hesitate to book again. Would just bring a portable bbq and my own chairs!!

Our family had a great time (two adults with our baby and toddler). The location is good, close to beach/park and easy drive to resto's or stores.The cottage was very clean and surprisingly baby-friendly. The space was as advertised . There were nice little touches like a travel crib, booster seat, beach towels etc and a pass for Point Pelee park.Just a couple of little hiccups like not having soap/shampoo for shower, and we couldn't find any coffee despite looking (desperately!) which is why I deducted a star.

Summer Weekend Trip

My spouse and I had a great time at Erin’s place. It was clean and in a great location. We brought our dog who loves being so close to the beach and park.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the cottage. It is in an excellent location and the cottage was fully equipped with everything you need and more. The park pass was a nice bonus and after a full day out it was nice to come back and relax at the cottage. Wish we had more time to spend there but we will be back.

Great family vacation

Central location to make it to Point Pelee National Park and Pelee Island. Kids were able to get to Seacliff park on their own as well - which provided lots of evening adventures for them as well.

The cottage was great and had everything needed for a weekend getaway for two and our dog. We loved the close access to Seacliff Park and Beach. We came here to be closer to Point Pelee National Park and loved the closeness as well as the park pass provided! The cottage was clean and well stocked, with everything we could ask for!

Home away from Home

Cute little cottage located in a quiet Leamington neighbourhood. Short walk to park and lake. Point Pelee is only a few kilometres away.We would happily stay here again.

Amazing stay

This place was perfect for the two of us It was walking distance to many things, including the beach and a vegan bakery. And was perfect size. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I would 100% book here again
