Fabulous time spent at Bed in a Shed

Our short stay in this quirky, amazing B&B could not have been any better. We loved everything about Bed in a Shed. Andrew and Carolyn are lovely hosts who supplied all the breakfast supplies we requested and kindly kept the weekend secret from my husband ( it was his 60th birthday surprise) The grounds are so relaxing, grape vines surrounding the premises. We highly recommend this B&B

Absolutely Bloody Brilliant!!!

Seriously, the place is fantastic, the service and set up brilliant, and Andrew was able to help out with a couple of extra requests. Nothing was to much. The location is great, Moos-lie the Sheep, Luna-tic the Goat and Cleo the dog were all friendly (as were the two guinea fowls). We visited only a few (?) local wineries and walked 26km is 2 days. A fantastic stay.

Exceeded expectations!

The space is unique, inviting, comfortable and super clean. The turntable with vinyl collection was just a perfect little touch. Communication with Andrew was a breeze and he genuinely cared that we have the best possible holiday. I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time we're in Clare Valley! Thank you again, Andrew!

Return visit and just as enjoyable as the first time.

A great place to just slow down and relax. Comfortable and quiet and convenient to lots of wineries and walks. This is our second visit, so I guess that says it all!

Wonderful getaway in Clare Valley

We had a fantastic experience staying at Bed in a Shed - the accommodation was gorgeous and unique, and even included lovely little touches for our 3 year wedding anniversary. The location was perfect as well, close to so many wonderful wineries and restaurants. We would love to come back!

Dream Getaway

We wish we could just move in and spend the entire winter here. Architecturally it's absolutely gorgeous with so many raw materials that make the place feel like a perfect little home. We had a gorgeous fire and vegetarian brekky items waiting for us upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable and every detail was appreciated.

Just perfect

Bed in a Shed is so much more than it’s name lends. Although hubby and I were excited about exploring the region, illness put a stop to that suddenly and we found ourselves confined to our accommodation and quite frankly we couldn’t have been anywhere better! We received the warmest welcome from Cleo as soon as we arrived (I love dogs) and entering the premises for the first time we were struck by the cleanliness and the small personal touches around the room. The surroundings were beautiful, the amenities were top notch, and we were given all the privacy we desired. The breakfast provisions were very generous too. The townships are all close together and if you don’t know what to do whilst there, Andrew has left plenty of information around to inspire you. I can’t fault anything in regards to our stay, so do yourself a favour and enjoy it for yourself. Thanks Andrew & Carolyn!

Great spot in the Clare Valley

We loved our stayed at Bed in a Shed - it’s so unique! Andrew and Carolyn are great hosts. We had everything we needed for our two night stay over New Year’s and Bed in a Shed is in the perfect location to explore the Clare Valley. We loved being surrounded by the vines and really enjoyed the breakfast. We’d definitely stay again! Thanks Andrew and Carolyn!

Lovely stay in Clare Valley

Great little getaway experience at Bed in a Shed. Communication was perfect and easy, the place was cosy and perfectly clean, providing everything we needed on a cold, wintery, but beautiful weekend.

Loved it!

We loved staying at Bed in a Shed! It was quiet, comfortable, beautiful and really relaxing! Andrew was incredible and not only was the check in process so effortless he even organised a wine tour for us and gave us heaps of amazing recommendations for wine and food in the area - he went above and beyond!! We had a beautiful outlook with vineyards, roaming hills and their gorgeous sheep, goats and chicken. Really comfortable bed, gorgeous accomodation and wonderful breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend! thanks so much Andrew and Caroline,

Relaxing stay in Clare Valley

Very happy with the Bed in a Shed accommodation. Clean, quiet and comfortable, and the heating worked well on some cold mornings!

Great location

Bed In a Shed is a great place to stay in the Clare Valley. The room is unique and beautifully done, with a lovely view over the vineyards. Andrew was extremely helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about things to do and places to eat. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect getaway! LOVED it!

My husband and I stayed in the Bed in a Shed for one night but I wish we spent longer there! We absolutely loved it, from the easy directions Andrew gave us, to the immaculate presentation of not only the amenities but the building itself. I can't believe he built it! We were so so impressed. The bed was super comfy, the view out to the vineyard from the bed is stunning, the coffee maker and pods was a perfect addition. We made a delicious bbq breakfast from the eggs, bacon, toast, mushrooms and tomatoes left for us in the fridge. And I even had the little doggo come and join me for coffee in the morning, in the sun, overlooking the vines. There was a whole book of recommendations for dinner etc, and then when we left Andrew rushed out himself to say goodbye and have a chat. He even took the trouble of calling me after we'd left to let me know the winery we were going to visit - Annie's Lane - had closed, and he recommended another - Sussex Squires - which we adored! I just can't speak more highly of Bed in a Shed! I would love to come back for a longer stay!

Unique vineyard stay in the Clare Valley

We love to find accommodation different from the norm & bed in a shed did not disappoint. The whole experience was excellent & is not to be missed. Really comfy bed and a super cosy & creative space. We had a sunset glass of wine overlooking the vineyard, were able to cook dins in the eve & fresh breakfast is provided to cook on the BBQ in the morn! The hosts go over and above to make sure you have a unique experience. The accommodation is easily accessible & in a central spot for exploring the area. We would not question coming back to stay!

Peace in the Valley

Unique, quirky, relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the shed, loved the surroundings and were impressed by the quality touches. Great breakfast provided, comfy bed and good coffee. A great get away with plenty to explore and keep us entertained.
