We were very excited to come back and rent the house with a great outdoor pool and hot tub space! We found out later after we booked that the pool would not be available in summertime. The last updated post for the pool was from 12/24 stating it would be done by spring. They didn’t mention after we booked that it wasn’t going to be available for our stay and that was the ONLY reason we rented again. I asked about a discount but was told that it was already at a discounted rate and of course it was too late to cancel. So we went and made the best of it. The morning after we get there we are enjoying our morning coffee when the pool work crew shows up to work. REALLY? We got no heads up or nothing as to them showing up. They didn’t both trying to set up a few chairs along the backyard to sit on, just left them in a pile. We spent most days in town but at night we pulled the chairs out front to hang out. I know they tell you about the cameras that they have all over the property but we felt like we were being watched the whole time. The morning we were to leave, we were woken up at 6am to the sound of the concert truck backing up the side driveway to pour concrete and work. AGAIN, NO heads up nothing! Who rents a place and the! has workers come to the house while guests are there??? It’s too bad cause we had a great time the 1st time and would of kept coming back, not any more!
