“Property really needs updated”

“This is a cute bungalow on a quiet street.”

“Great property and location. Nice and quiet neighborhood while being close to everything. Hosts were wonderful and communicative. ”

“Good location and easy check in process. This property had some functional concerns - the dishwasher did not work, the oven did not work properly (gave up making bacon after 45 min as it was still fairly raw) and the microwave was hit or miss. Sent host a message through app regarding dishwasher, but did not get a response. Host did send several other pre-recorded messages throughout our stay. Noted several ants in the kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were all upstairs, but entertaining areas...

“Clean house in a quiet area, but it smells. Maybe sewer gas? When we checked-in there was a very strong odor of cleaning solution that dissipated after a day. The strong smell of cleaning product was worse than the other smell.”

“Close to everything”

“Perfect is a tough standard to reach, but this was as close as I’ve seen. The property owner initiated almost all the communication and was on top of everything. The attention to detail on the house was magnificent. One of the people in my party is in the business of preparing houses to be shown and he couldn’t stop raving about how well the house was put together. I can’t see any of my group that will ever stay anywhere else while being in the Kansas City area”

“When we got to this location , the house was freezing and we tried to turn the heat on but nothing happened for 2 hours we were still cold. I called the owner and he moved us to a different location right away. The other place was amazing it fit everybody and it was very warm! Thank you for letting us stay in your home !”
