Villa Sorriso is a spacious holiday home for 8 guests in San Cataldo, near Lecce. The villa is equipped with a large furnished porch, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, internet. It`s 3,5 kilometers away from the beaches of the Adriatic coast.

built-in barbecue, table and benches, a spacious covered porch with
dining area. 
The villa consists of airy, cozy and well-furnished rooms: the living room with sofas, tv and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven and bathroom with shower. At the back of the kitchenette there is a laundry area with washing machine, sink and two fridges.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and two washbasins, a twin bedroom, a four-bed room with double bed and two twin beds. Moreover, there is another bathroom with shower.

Sorriso is in a residential area of San Cataldo, known as Villaggio
Dario, 3 kilometers away from the seaside location with its amenities.
The beaches are on the Adriatic sea. The old town centre of Lecce is 10
kilometers away. The villa is a short drive away from other famous
seaside locations of Salento such as Le Cesine, San Foca, Torre
dell`Orso and the other seaside locations in the area of Melendugno.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.

- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
