Cocoonr offers you this charming new 138 m² villa, air-conditioned with swimming pool, in Lecci, to rent for up to 9 people.

It comprises a lovely 55 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, three shower rooms (each with a shower), and you can enjoy outdoor space of around 800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 55 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower) and toilet
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a single pull-out bed (90×200) that converts to a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed. (sleeps 3)
- A shower room (with shower)
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and a table tennis table.

Outdoors:
- A 9x4 m swimming pool (private, heated), open from 1 April to 31 November and fitted with an electric cover
- An enclosed, private area of 800 m², south-east facing and furnished for enjoying sunny days
- A 150 m² wooden terrace, south-east facing, with furniture
- A 24 m² pool house / covered area where you can enjoy your meals in the shade.

The villa is ideally located in Lecci, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the villa's private car park (4 spaces). A charging point for electric vehicles is also available free of charge.
