“We usually stay in a hotel in Ledbury but liked the look of this property - also my brother, who lives locally, said he had heard good things about it. The staff could not do enough for us - they were so helpful. They booked a restaurant for us and a taxi. The only down side was the fact that the restaurant in the hotel was not open on Sunday night and the bar closed early. However that did not detract from our stay at all.
