On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). not included in the price Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance leads over an internal stair and a balcony directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 3 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and it is a French double bed with a width of approx. 140 cm. You have access with garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs and parasol.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine.


Location
Mezzolago di Ledro, 650 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The residence is located in the quiet village of Mezzolago, in a sunny and peaceful area, just 600 metres from the shores of the lake. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. 2 private parking spaces and bicycle storage room
