“Brother and I shared a twin room, which, whilst small, was adequate with comfortable beds. Room and rest of accommodation was very clean. Elected for the standard breakfast - cereal, fruit, toast with tea/coffee. A cooked breakfast was offered, for an additional charge. Location is excellent for accessing the rest of Lynmouth or walking the Watersmeet Gorge. The host was helpful, informative and chatty.”

You enter by their restaurant which, by the way, has very tasty seafood platters every day made by chef Steve, who also prepares an excellent English breakfast every morning. Although there appears to be no A/C, only heater, it's not needed because you are right next to the bay which provided very comfortable weather,...

“We booked this last minute and, given the price, I wasn’t expecting much—but I was genuinely surprised at how great our stay turned out to be. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the very good WiFi included in the price was a big bonus. The onsite restaurant served delicious, reasonably priced food, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also have to mention the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay...
