Luxury Tiny House on 1 acre near Zion & St. George

  • Stay in an amazing tiny house on a private acre near Zion and St. George. Enjoy the spacious 320 square feet with high ceilings, full kitchen, upgraded bathroom, and 2 queen beds. Experience beautiful views at the top of the property with hammocks. This unique mountain lookout is perfect for stargazing and is a short walk from the tiny house. The property is less than 1 mile from the I-15 freeway. Zion National Park is located only 32 miles away, Bryce Canyon is 125 miles, and St. George is 16 miles away.

    You will find everything you need in this adorable tiny house. There is keyless entry to check-in anytime after 3 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

    There are two extremely comfortable queen beds. The kitchen has smaller appliances with a fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, oven, and full sink. There is a coffee maker, toaster, and all other cooking essentials. A LG all-in-one washer and dryer is available for guests. A four person dining table is a perfect eating area and may also be used for a game table or desk space for a laptop. More seating is available outside with a picnic table and small bistro table. A propane grill is located outside for guests. The bathroom has a vanity and brand new upgraded shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a portable crib located under the bed if needed.

    WiFi is available at the tiny house with a username and password. The 32 inch Roku TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube. The air conditioner and heater is an all-in-one unit and has a remote control to regulate the temperature inside the home.

    Our tiny house is perfect for travelers who plan to visit multiple national and state parks in Southern Utah. The I-15 freeway is also less than a mile away for those travelers who are passing through and need a quick place to stay.

Well appointed, super clean, comfortable, and cute! Wonderful sunrise and sunset views. Location just down the road from a friendly local winery doesn’t hurt either! Would stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay. Everything was clean and functioning. On-site instructions were very helpful. Communications from the host were excellent and accurate. We would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely adorable and comfortable place. Very comfortable bed, all the necessities were there plus beautiful views. The owner was very responsive when we had a slight issue which he corrected immediately.

Great Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a quick mountain biking trip. It was perfect for our needs and had a very comfy bed. The house was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect tiny house

My family and I had a lovely stay in the tiny house. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the property. Great stargazing from the lookout hill. Would definitely recommend!

Cute tiny house

We enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. We came on one of the busiest weekends of the year, and it was nice to stay out of the hustle and bustle. It comes well stocked and was very comfortable.

Absolutely Wonderful

I stayed here with my partner for a small birthday gift. The house was perfect, and the view from the lookout was beautiful. The owner was very informative and helpful as well. Check in was a breeze. Would absolutely recommend and go again!

Great little house

This tiny house has everything needed. Comfortable with many nice little amenities. Host communication was ideal. Near red cliffs area but be aware it is not close to St. George.

Family Trip to Southern UT

We stayed in Leeds on our first night in Southern UT. What a fun spot for our family of four. This clean, cozy, and well-outfitted tiny house suited our needs perfectly. We only wish the sky had been clear so we could do some star-gazing. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!!

Tiny House

It was exactly as I imagined it would be. I wish I could’ve stayed another day longer to truly enjoy the property. The bed was a god send after hiking 10+ miles in all of the wonderful state and national parks that are so close by! Loved every aspect of our stay! Mick made everything perfect even from all the way across the pond. Perfection with every detail thought through 100%

Awesome tiny home

We had an awesome trip and we really loved this tiny house. The property was perfect. Easy to get to lots of places within 5-10 minutes. Short drive to Zion. There is a little walking path up to a row of hammock’s. The house was perfect. Very well stocked with anything you need. Really a great place for an anniversary get away. The location was great for visiting lots of sites. We went to Zion and it was a quick, easy drive. Communicating with the host was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.

lovely and perfect tiny house near Zion

We loved our stay at this tiny house in Leeds. It was a perfect set up for the two of us -- very comfortable bed and couch, nicely appointed mini-kitchen and clean and comfortable bathroom. We walked up the trail to the stargazing spot -- it was a bit too windy on our trip but we can imagine it being glorious on a clear summer evening. Very convenient location -- easy drive to Zion, easy ride into St. George for restaurants and shops, and there is a terrific Mexican restaurant just a few minutes away. Owners were attentive and great to deal with. Really glad we chose this little house for our visit to Zion.

Perfect adventure

This property was absolutely perfect for our trip. My son and I visited southern Utah specifically for zion, but we also wanted to explore beyond that. The proximity to zion was great while not being too close to the park. The host does an incredible job of highlighting all of the nearby parks, restaurants, etc. as well as some of the more popular sites. This helped us explore more parks and locations that aren’t as well known or busy. Exactly what we were looking for! The house itself has all of the amenities you need. Exactly as described and perfect for an unforgettable trip!

Perfect Escape to the Desert!

The ideal location for off the beaten path access to Zion and the surrounding Hurricane valley. About a 15 minute drive into Hurricane and 40 minutes to Zion. We stayed as a couple and it was exactly enough space, having a full kitchen was very important and this worked great. This could work for a 3rd person but may get cramped as there isn't a ton of storage space. House was very clean, finding it was easy and check in was a breeze. Wifi didn't work much at all, but that's not why you're on a trip here anyway. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Traveling across the country for some adventure and exploring as a family, this was our favorite place we stayed! It was clean, comfortable, AC worked great keeping us cool after a long day of hiking. The hammocks were so fun and a great way to watch the sun set and star gaze.
