“No elevator wi”

“Great cottage. Ideal location in central Horsforth. Clean comfortable and well equipped. Ideal place to stay to visit our new grandson.”

“Very basic bed to sleep in prior to early morning flight. Tiny bathroom, small room, squeaky floor - this was not holiday accommodation but fine for what we needed.”

“Lovely rather different accommodation offering,… Escape from the ordinary and consider a stay here. Open Yorkshire countryside and beautiful views!”

“Room was huge with kitchen, living area and huge bed”

“Reservé el hotel por la buena calificación que tenía y el buen precio que ofrece. Nada más entrar en el establecimiento, me di cuenta de que había muchas razones para darle un 10. No me puedo quejar de nada, el personal amable, servicial, las instalaciones extremadamente limpias, el diseño espectacular, y los servicios del hotel muy completos. Mi hotel favorito en Leeds en adelante.”

“We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.”

“Very good”

“As ever great team and accommodation . Price and location excellent. I have used this facility several times for work + and will be back again.”

“Hot tub was perfect, very relaxing. Rooms were clean and spacious and modern. Host was very helpful. ”

“Very nice hotel, friendly staff, easy check-in, lots of parking. Had no issues with noise. Nice bed, plenty of pillows, big TV, everything you'd expect from a hotel stay. Breakfast buffet included and was good. Would definitely stay again.”
