Wasn’t clean!
Overall the property is really nice! However when we tried to use the oven it was extremely dirty, and the rugs in the house had pet stains all over them, The renters before us left some sex toys in the bedroom which our teenagers found….wasnt happy about that!

Fridge Issue
The fridge smelled awful. Vaca shouldn’t be allowed to be the point of contact without local resources available. In my opinion the fridge was not sanitary, smelled awful, and I could not use the fridge or freezer all week. All my food went bad as I had packed it for the week and we couldn’t use the fridge.

Beautiful Lakefront
We wish we could have stayed longer. The location is beautiful and quiet. Great dock for easy water access and boat parking. The house and everything in it is completely functional and in great shape. Very pleasant.

Relaxing weekend
Overall a very relaxing weekend. This house is very secluded and on the water. The cove was quiet on the weekdays but comes alive on the weekend and becomes quite the party scene. Well over 50 boats anchored and tied off just having a good time in/on the water. Only negatives were I had to change the battery in the master bedroom smoke alarm at 2:00 am (thankfully they had the battery) and the lawn maintenance crew showed up at 8:30 Saturday morning with weed eaters and leaf blowers running full throat on the porch without any regard for folks vacationing. This activity should be done in the afternoon or when the place is empty. All in all I would stay here again. Nice, quiet place with easy access to the private dock.

Tranquil Paradise
Private getaway spot perfect for just unwinding. We enjoyed fishing not only on the pier but also along the banks of the property. Everything you need cooking wise is there, just bring the food. The lock box on the door is difficult to get into but not impossible. The only thing I would recommend would be to pressure wash the back of the house. There were tons of spider webs on and near the porch that crossed over to the woods. Walking down that narrow path and running into spider webs is not fun. One good washing and all would be good.

Amazing stay
Hands down one of the best VRBO properties we have booked. Zero neighbors pretty much, quite during our stay for the most part, amazing views and a decent lake. The house is great, you have a view of the water from almost every single window. Lots of deer, birds and other animals to been seen. The beds are very comfortable coming from us and teenagers. Lots of little things that make the house nice. The dock is wonderful for sun bathing, docking a boat, jumping from and fishing. Our dogs and kids had a great time. Thank you for being dog friendly. Our dogs are our family also and they travel everywhere with us. We rented a boat from Lazy waves pontoon and it was great! Plus it was almost 1/2 the price of all the other places allowing us to do more than one day. Just an FYI, so yourself a favor get or buy a gas can and get boat fuel from the gas station down the road. The less you need from the marina the better. There is at least a $2 markup on it and then a card fee for not paying cash. Trust me lesson learned for next trip. The only real issue we had was some locals who want to drop anchor about 100 foot off the dock there. They have the whole cove to use and was really making us uncomfortable. We took the morning to relax then we headed down and started jumping off the dock and enjoying our rental. I am not sure what the rules are, but it was very rude if you as me. I think they finally got the hint we wasn't going away and they left. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Lake House
A really fun lake house for relaxing, grilling, canoeing and fishing. The location is quiet and in a great spot on the lake. Would’ve been 5 stars but the property management company were not the most responsive.

Relaxing Getaway
We wanted a relaxing break from work and a chance to un-wind for a weekend, and this location far exceeded those expectations! We wanted peace and tranquility and the only sounds we heard were from boat motors and nature. Heron's Flight is a great spot to get away from everything and relax. The dock/deck was where we spent the majority of our time and very much enjoyed it. Being in a cove attracts many boaters on the weekend, but our experience found them to be very friendly and respectful. Heron's Flight will see us again
