The living area has an equipped kitchen, a large table with 6 chairs, a comfortable sofa, and is communicating with a balcony and a large terrace both with a panoramic view of the bay of Sivota. The covered terrace is furnished with a second kitchen with gas barbecue, cooker and sink, table and sitting area. There are: Flat screen TV, Italian and American coffee machines, internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, an iron, and a generous supply of crockery and cutlery. Air conditioning in the living area and in the 2 double bedrooms.

We are 800 metres from the centre of Sivota where you can find the sea, two small beaches, the harbour with boats for hire, slipway for launching boats and dinghies, bars, cafes, mini market, family-run restaurants, pubs, music venue, shops with Greek handicrafts.

A large 6mx12m swimming pool with sunbeds is at your disposal. The owner will meet you on your arrival in Sivota and take you to the villas, once settled he will be at your disposal to help you with anything you need Possibility of dinghy trips with skipper bookable down at the Port of Sivota.
