Welcome to Blue Chill Villa! A 144 sqm villa, offering our guests an unobstructed view of the Ionian, seclusion and modern amenities to make your stay simply unforgettable!
The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a half bathroom, open plan, fully equipped kitchen / dining living area with a 49' smart TV , a sun room off the kitchen and a fabulous outdoor area with an amazing pool! There is also parking space for two cars on the private road leading to the villa.
Two of the spacious bedrooms with a sea view have double beds, one of which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom accommodates two single beds. The two double bedrooms lead straight out to the pool area. All three bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep. The double bedroom without the en-suite has a 32' flat screen TV. There is also a full bathroom opposite the smaller bedroom, all of which are situated on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern amenities, making cooking an absolute delight! The living / dining / kitchen is open planned, leading off to a sun room - conservatory and a balcony, all with a phenomenal view of the Ionian! Truly magnificent!
As for the outdoor pool area, there is no doubt that it is wonderful! The villa is dipped in lush vegetation, creating a backdrop of Mediterranean charm while simultaneously overlooking the sparkling blue water of the Ionian!

Blue Chill Villa is located in the village of Tsoukalades on the west coast, approximately 7km from the island's capital - Lefkas. Situated on the outskirts of Tsoukalades is where you will find Blue Chill Villa, perched on the side of a cliff, making this an outstanding location with a mesmerizing view well worth visiting!
Tsoukalades village is the main thoroughfare which leads to world famous blue flag beaches, dotted along the coast. Definitely a convenient location for beach ' buffs ' ! This village also has traditional, seafood tavernas, cafes, mini markets, pharmacy, bakery, sweet shop and others at a short distance from Blue Chill Villa. Other supplies ought to be bought from Lefkas town where our guests can find super markets, fish mongers, butchers, green grocers and other convenient stores.

Our guests have the whole villa and grounds at their disposal to enjoy during their stay.
