The villa features three comfortable bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with fresh local ingredients, while the spacious indoor and outdoor living areas provide plenty of room to gather, dine, and unwind together.

For year-round comfort, central air conditioning serves the entire villa, with individual controls available in different areas. Guests also enjoy a dedicated TV room, laundry facilities, and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The private garage is connected directly to the villa through a indoor passageway, making arrivals and departures particularly convenient. Guests travelling with electric vehicles can also take advantage of the EV charging station located inside the garage.
