  • A beautiful wooden house in the authentic Cap Ferret style, located right on the waterfront, 200 meters from Claouey Beach.
    Recently built, it offers dual exposure to the Bassin and the southwest.
    Just steps from shops and the market, Villa Côté Ouest awaits you at the entrance to the peninsula. Views of the bay from the master bedroom and the living room.
    Cathedral-ceilinged living room, heated pool, large terrace, wooded garden, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi. Small TV/satellite lounge upstairs.
    Full bathroom in each of the three ground-floor bedrooms. The mezzanine bedroom has a toilet and sink.

Ici, tout était parfait.

Ici, tout était parfait. La maison, l'emplacement et les courtes distances jusqu'au marché, aux magasins et aux restaurants. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et avons beaucoup apprécié le temps passé là-bas.

Très jolie maison avec emplacement au top

Très jolie maison dans l’esprit Ferret , récemment construite , meublée avec beaucoup de goût . L’emplacement est au top non loin des supermarchés et marches tout en étant également proche de l’océan . Parfait !

Beautiful stay at the beach

Awesome property. Well-equipped. Immaculate. Host and House manager went out of their way while staying out of the way. Ideal location. Would rent again

A cosy and cool beach house

This is a very nice house, really well laid out with comfortable rooms, spaced apart with lots of bathrooms and great spaces for hanging out. The kitchen is well laid out, the outdoor area with pool is lovely with lots of great furniture and eating area. Claouey is a little drive from the Cap, but there is loads of great things there including market, supermarket, takeaway food options, gourmet delicatessen, etc. So you have everything you need, including a pretty beach if you want to hang out there. Merci

Weekend parfait

La maison est sublime, neuve et décorée avec soin. Tout le nécéssaire est disponible, rien ne manque. La literie est aussi très bien. Bien évidemment la piscine chauffée est incroyable comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos. La maison est très bien située, à deux pas des commerces et marché et du bassin. Enfin, nous avons été très chaleureusement accueilli par Valérie la concierge, qui s'est rendue disponible pour répondre à nos questions pendant le séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Absolutely WONDERFUL

I rarely feel the need to leave a review unless it’s terrible to warn future renters. In the case of this house, I was compelled to write a review to encourage VRBO users to try this house, this location, and the region altogether, although I also contemplated not doing it to keep it “ my little secret”. Let’s start with the house, and the owners and manager … The owner and Valerie, the house manager … wonderful! The owner: He was available every time I had a question preceding our arrival. Valérie, the house manager, was present when we arrived. She gave us the keys, showed us a few very useful things around the house, and was available as well during our stay if we needed her. The house was pristine and stocked… a bottle of champagne, flat and sparkling water was chilled in the fridge, ready for us, and a box of pastries as well. A fruit bowl was also ready with fresh oranges and citrus. We had laundry detergent for our first loads if needed and other products for a easy daily clean if we wanted to. Citronella candles were ready for outside use when the mosquitoes were too persistent, and shopping bags were ready to be used at the market across the street. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely functional. The pool is a nice addition, and all the bedrooms are comfortable with a very quiet air condition unit. The beds were a bit hard for my taste but new and we eventually slept like babies as the “volets” provide a nice and dark night. Let’s talk about location ! The house is steps away from the Bassin on one side and on the other, the grocery store Super U, a local food market, a marché with everything you might need for your lunch or a more elaborate meals…. Traiteurs, boucher, fromager, épicier, maraichers… you name it! It’s there … and the other market, with jewelry, clothes, decor… all you need for your souvenir and or just shopping! Claouey is the “commune” the house is situated, and this town is a beauty. Quiet and authentic. The locals were all very welcoming and kind. Other towns are easily accessible with a car, bike,s, and boats. I could go on and on but this post is already extremely long, so I will leave it to… do not hesitate to book this property … I surely will again.
