Great location, a bit tired, but cozy. Beds need replacing, need to purchase more pool towels ... couldn't get one 2 days in a row. Breakfast was ok but easy to get something close by. Would stay here again.

Great option for a cheaper stay! Rooms are an bit old but if your like us and don’t spend time in your room this is a great place to stay. Very central and walking distance to everything, nice pool with swim up bar, staff were fantastic. Don’t really have a bad thing to say this was our second time staying at this hotel.

Really friendly and helpful staff, in beautiful quiet, relaxing Balinese style resort. Great selection of food and drinks at the spacious vaulted ceiling restaurant/bar. Rooms are spacious and tidy, air conditioned and cleaned everyday. The pool and pool bar are great in the Balinese sun. Recommend any day.

Hotel has great atmosphere and lovely staff but the rooms are outdated, mattress had springs sticking out, door to balcony has big gap around it letting in all the bugs. Noisy cleaners sweeping hallways at 6am in the morning.

We enjoyed staying at the Paradiso hotel. It’s not fancy but it’s clean. The first night my pillow felt like a brick and I couldn’t sleep on it. We got it changed over for a better one the next day. We were able to keep our valuables in a safe in the room and it stayed in the safe, with all the warnings about being ripped off in Bali I had worried about the level of security for leaving things behind in the safe. We had no issues. We didn’t spend anytime other than sleeping or showering in the hotel and breakfast. Breakfast was decent and free so this saved us money. The banana fritters were a favourite. We were able to leave our bags at reception after checkout until 6pm when we had to leave for our flight which was helpful. Overall the hotel was everything we needed. We were happy staying here. Apart from that first night and the uncomfortable pillow.

Staff need to monitor and service the swimming pool area with more care... Lots of used towels left behind on the sun lounges and the poolside bar often left unattended. Buffet breakfast was good value for money, with a variety of dishes each day. Housekeeping of rooms was prompt and well done.

Cheap but would you really like to stay here?
When we arrived and said we had just come from Nusa Dua. A staff member said ' and you want to stay here'. When we saw the room and around the pool we knew what was meant. The walls in the room were badly needing painting. The sheets were greyish and all stained. It took houskeeping 4 sheets to find a decent one, still marked, when I asked for an unmarked sheet. There were none. 4 calls to get bath towels to our room.. Cigarette smell seeped under the door. Couldn't walk around the pool edge. Sharp stones and bricks that wobbled. Breakfast was good for the price. Never again.

I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay here. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. I did need to ask for an upgrade upon check in though. I had booked a superior pool view room, which I assumed would be on the ground floor. It was not, and I can not do stairs (repeatedly) with my bad knees! The room I paid extra for (happy to do it) was called Superior Deluxe pool view! Maybe the website could make the location of the room types clearer. i.e. ground floor, level one etc. This is an older resort. Some parts are showing age, classic Bali weather damage. Doors that don't shut properly, paving that you can trip on, pool ladders that are not secure, sharp tiles and broken tiles on the pool. I think the food and drink prices were a little too high. Breakfast was very good. For the cost to stay here, it was very good value.

This property was nothing like the photos it’s become extremely run down after covid it smelt very musty and the rooms were full of mozzies the aircons weren’t working the rooms weren’t as booked and we were very disappointed with the rooms so much that we had to find another hotel to stay at my 2 friends who couldn’t afford to stay anywhere else had to stay for the 3 nights but found somewhere else for our last night! I would rate the experience as terrible and won’t be using Expedia for bookings again as the photos of these properties are obviously not updated regularly I can honestly say that this experience would of ruined our holiday had I not been able to find another hotel to stay!.

Staff were nice that’s it, take your own beach towel cause you want get a towel for the pool no matter how early you go there. They are in no hurry to fix the broken things in your room, aircon, kettle, tv, safe. The door onto my veranda was extremely hard to open two hands at least. Non existent wifi

I was very happy at Legian Paradiso. Very nice stmosphere, staff were very helpful, as this is an older Balinese property, i didnt expect 5 star but in my opinion it was definitely closer to a 4 star. When in Bali, staying at a beautiful traditional hotel makes the holiday perfect. The only thing i would prefer is if they had two keys available for two people, they supply one key only which has to be dropped into a box at reception each time one leaves, if you forget to drop off the key you need to go down to reception each time. The food was lovely! I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Paradiso!

Nice area. Hotel quite run down though. Old rooms and facilities in need to renovation. Breakfast just ok but after a couple of days I visited local coffee shops. Great location though - just needs an upgrade

The property is old and dated but: 1.the rooms are large and clean 2. water is hot 3. AC is cold 4. The staff are super friendly and helpful I will stay here again.... AW

This is the worst accommodation I have ever seen.1.Air conditioner didn’t work 2.Safe in the room broken 3 The room was incredibly dirty not even any towels that’s just a start .Only lasted 1 nights.TERRIBLE.
