This is a beautiful property. The interior was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool space was wonderful. Communication with the property manager was very good. We loved our stay there. Not one complaint. Hope to stay there in the future.

We came in later in the evening, easy to find. Communication excellent! Plenty of space for us to spread out. Pool beautiful even though we did not use. The back patio huge and spent mornings drinking our coffee. Full kitchen with everything we needed. Even a tea kettle. Thank you

Great Place to Stay

We got to Fort Myers late and the owners left a light on for us so that it was not dark when we arrived. The owners were so nice and checked with us to make sure we didn't need anything. The house was very clean and beautiful. It was very easy to get to and close to a lot of grocery stores. The neighborhood was very quite which made our stay very pleasant. The only draw back is the weather was cooler so we could not enjoy the pool since it is not heated but that was not a big deal. Would recommend this property.

Better thna expected

This was a perfect spot to unwind. We were in LaBelle to build a ICF house. It was sweltering outside with 113 heat index. The crew loved getting off work and cooling off in the pool. The home is furnished nicely with everything you need.

Great property

The pool and lanai were beautiful. A huge space for spending time outdoors. The layout of the house was awesome as well. Split bedroom design and a bonus room behind the kitchen has space for the whole family. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and we liked that they were available instead of some of these VRBOs that are managed by a third party. We will surly book again, SO much better than a hotel.

So lovely!!

I have rented a lot of homes through the years…Joel is one of my favorites. It was just a quick getaway with a pool for my daughter (4 yrs old) and I. It’s close to where we live, so, my mom was able to visit during the day. We felt right at home and never left the house until checkout day. The home was absolutely beautiful and clean! I couldn’t hardly get my daughter out of the pool. We had a wonderful time! Mrs. Sylvia was such a gracious host and has thought of all the little details that makes Joel so special. Thank you so very much!

Perfect Retreat

Right from the start the hostess was very accommodating and gracious. Everything was in order, and really, honestly, even better the the description/pics. Pool was great! Clean, warm, and safe (screened in - no critters!). Perfect location for our stay. Stay here if you can… you won’t regret it!

A week in paradise

This was the most relaxing, peaceful vacation we have taken. This house has everything you need to truly enjoy Florida. We enjoyed trying local restaurants and staying in and cooking. Quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. And of course the amazing pool right outside. That just made it hard to go out sightseeing. We didn't want to leave that great pool. Very accommodating and gracious host. You cannot go wrong booking this house.

It was a small getaway with hubby and 4 kids, and this house was perfect!

This house is In a quiet neighborhood. Check in and out was easy and convenient. The house was perfect!! Clean, adorable and and fun! My kids were fish and went swimming all weekend long! Haha It was nice having so much room to sit outside and watch them swim and the grill for us to grill out on was perfect! The house had everything we needed! Even towels (that I forgot to bring! Haha) The rooms were big and cozy, plenty of room at the table for my whole family to sit for meals. The host was so sweet, she was easy to get in touch with and made sure we were all set! Thank you! Would absolutely rent again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at this property. The place was even bigger that we expected, very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool area and the family room. Highly recommended for quality family time! Sylvia responded to our messages right away every time. Will definitely come back.
