“I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.”

“I didn't realize the host would send an email to fill out. When you return this, you are then sent the code for the front door and your room. This was my fault. Thank goodness an employee spotted me because she was able to call the host and I was able to get in.
I can't say enough good things about my room. VERY clean, everything looked brand new, big screen tv, beautiful decorating. It is in a historical part of the city and was across the street from a church built in the 1400s. I would...

“Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that you can easily get a snack or drink at reception at any time.
I would only suggest to add something else to the complimentary breakfast, some more food options but I can’t complain.”
