“A lovely light filled apartment on the first floor in a really quiet area but just minutes from bars / restaurants & the main canal. Hans & Marnie kindly let us check in early & welcomed us on arrival. The apartment is beautifully presented & surpassed the pictures.”

“The Guesthouse check-in was frustrating to say the least. We didnt recieve our digital roomkey until 7:42pm nearly 5 hours after check in time. By then we had to find another property where we could pick up room card keys. It was very stressful as there is no where to store luggage before check in. Three days after checking out and the Guesthouse is still trying to get us to pay for a digital card that we never even used once. Im incredibly disappointed. ”

A second part of the payment should have been made before arrival, but the only information about that reached us just on the check-in time itself.”
