“Beautiful location near Nashville but near the smaller town Leipers Fork adorable town, farmland, close to stores and shops in Franklin. Lots of nice attention to details, smores set up for the fire pit, grill on back porch, bathroom items stocked, pool towels provided, soaps and laundry dryer sheets came in handy. The pool and back patio were amazing and perfect for the summer nights memories made with our family.”

“This home is absolutely beautiful, and the setting is stunning! The location couldn’t have been better—just about 15 minutes to downtown Franklin, 10 minutes to Leiper’s Fork, and around 35 minutes to Nashville. It was the perfect home base for our group, and we loved being able to spend quality time together under one roof. One thing future guests should know: we had a group of 16 family members and friends. While the home is advertised as having 7 bedrooms & can accommodate 18 ppl, it’s best...
