“Second time me and my wife have stayed at the white lion and it was no different to the first excellent place to stay clean room and great staff the only down side was the so called Indian restaurant sea spice very disappointing because it's not a genuine Indian restaurant. I think it's the only one in aldeburgh so I can see why people have to go there but it's not the real thing.”

“Standards have fallen at the Westleton Crown. Outside, several car park bays were inexplicably cordoned off so there was a shortage of available spaces. Inside there was a bucket catching a leak from a skylight in the main dining room. The corridor, staircase and bedroom carpets are dirty and worn. The seat in our WC fell off. Overall, the decor is old, tired and in urgent need of an uplift. We will certainly think carefully before booking the Crown again anytime soon, and we will certainly not...

Having been to a wedding reception that day, we didn’t want much to eat, but found just what we wanted, even though the menu is not extensive. “We had a fantastic few days away at the wentworth. Our room was over the road in villa/annex, very quiet large room with a lovely large bathroom and shower. Lovely little courtyard garden. The breakfast was very good. We a one meal in the restaurant which was amazing. Overall our stay was excellent and would we will definitely return. Would highly recommend”

“On the plus side the housekeeper was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was beautifully tiled but the fittings were not working as they should. “Immaculate room, very comfortable. Excellent bathroom - good shower, good towels, shower gel provided. Wifi worked fine - no problem connecting and good speed. Staff were very helpful and very friendly - that's the stand-out thing, really, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was everything I'd want and very tasty.
