“I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Melbrooke Park Hotel, from check-in to check-out. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location made it easy to drive in and out, especially when visiting nearby places with friends in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely worth...

“The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done.

“The property was poorly maintained and unsanitary. The suite entrance was flooded, common-area AC was off/not working, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was misrepresented (told to be a full menu but only eggs and bread were served, hot tea made with bagged water), and staff said it covered only one person despite our booking.
