“We travel to Wilmington a couple times per year to see our son. We stay in the downtown area each time. This condo was one of our best stays. It was immaculate. The host was very responsive and sent our check in info at the perfect time. We loved the 3:00 check in time as it suited our arrival time. This unit comes with a parking pass and that was nice. Many units in this complex do not include the parking pass. If you enjoy walking, you can keep your car in the parking deck all weekend....

“Nice apartment in excellent location with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. Quiet and clean. Some nice touches like bottled water in refrigerator and small bags of chips on kitchen counter. Garage parking was a very short walk and the parking pass worked great.
