“The property was exactly as advertised, close to downtown and the Riverwalk, ample parking, and plenty of space to relax when we were not out exploring. We had a great time exploring Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. We will return and hope to stay here again!”

“The room was small (which we knew), however, it was clean (we walked around barefoot), private, had all of the necessities and we would stay there again. It served its purpose, a very comfortable place to lay your head. The mattress, was on point- which is hard to find when renting. It does have low ceilings, but at 6’0”, I was fine and stayed aware- didn’t even have to lower my head in the shower… that was amazing. ”

“Everything in the listing is accurate. The beach access was less than 5 minutes away. There was a beautiful view of the sunset each night. The decks face in opposite directions so there is always someplace to sit outside. The host provides everything you need. Groceries were within 3 miles. Plenty of restaurants and the Boardwalk was within 2 miles. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Initially we had an issue with vacuuming being missed by the cleaner, but communication was prompt and problem solved. The location was excellent with a shot walk to all the main downtown area, bars and restaurants. Parking was easy and just a short walk. No issues at all. The apartment was modern and well equipped for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. However, if u are sensitive to light, the curtains do not fully...
