“We booked a 2 bedroom luxury apartment 24 hours before our stay we were asked for our phone number and then contacted by text to inform us that our accommodation had changed. As the rest of our trip was booked we did not have an alternative. We ended up in a studio flat in a not so nice part of town. We were also told that this was the same price but by no know means what we had booked”

“The apartment was a bit smaller than we anticipated from the pictures posted, however it was just what we needed for our time in Leoben! Great location for running, biking, and eating local.
One recommendation to the host would be to provide an extra towel or two. While there was a washer/dryer, it would have been nice to have an extra available. There were no paper towels or napkins, which I can appreciate for eco reasons, but found myself in need of an "absorbent material" frequently.
