Fully air-conditioned, the accommodation is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. A bedroom with a double bed with adjoining bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds upstairs and a studio with 2 double beds (one on the mezzanine) and adjoining bathroom will allow you comfortable accommodation up to 8 people. You are 7 minutes walk from the beach of Petite Anse, a small supermarket and the Fredo restaurant and 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Grande Anse and Diamant. You can enjoy all the activities of the island (diving, boat, jet-ski, fishing, hiking, beaches, surfing, kite-surfing, etc.) and the surrounding shops (golf des 3 îlets, casino, Fort maritime shuttle of France, Sainte Luce seaside restaurants, etc.)

You will discover the idyllic beach of Petite Anse 7 minutes from the house, the hot spring during a stroll on the coast, as well as the typical village of Anses d'Arlet, with its pontoon, its fish market and its magnificent church . You will be in the heart of the best diving spots (fins, masks, snorkels) in Martinique.

A few kilometers away, you will discover the Rocher du Diamant, the panorama of Cap 110 and the marvelous white sand beaches. By pushing up to Sainte-Luce, you can taste a Lambis soup in one of the restaurants of the fishing port, at the water's edge and to the sound of Zouk and Biguine.

A little further, the Marin and its famous marina will allow you to rent a boat for a day. Sainte Anne and its endless white sand beaches will welcome you for a well-deserved relaxation.

North of Anses d'Arlet, you can visit the Three Islets, its tourist shops, its aquatic activities (jet-ski, boat, kite-surf, etc.), its casino, its beach-side bars, its golf course and you take advantage of a sea shuttle to disembark at the very heart of Fort de France.

The villa has 2 parking spaces. Renting a car is recommended. However, a Fort de France Anse à l'Âne / Anse Mitan sea shuttle allows you to get closer to Anses d'Arlet and Petite Anse (20 min by car or taxi).
