Apartment "Les Ancolies" with Balcony

Located in Les Menuires, the Les Ancolies apartment offers 36 m² of comfortable space for up to 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms—one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with bunk beds—and a sofa bed in the living room, plus a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The apartment also features a TV, washing machine, and elevator.



Relax on your private west-facing balcony with open views of La Masse and the Belleville Valley. The residence is in the Preyerand district, with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes.



Private parking is available. You’ll have easy access to public transport with a free shuttle stop just 30 meters away. A free gondola connects directly to the resort center from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.



Pets and smoking are not allowed, and parties are prohibited. A private ski locker is available on the ground floor.



Please empty the trash, tidy up, unload the dishwasher, avoid leaving open food, keep the bathroom and toilets clean, and sort your waste. Failure to follow these rules may result in a deduction from your deposit.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee, payable on arrival.
