My son arrived at 9 pm and was told by the front desk there was no record of the booking I had made on his behalf. He had the booking confirmation (in his name) and all the necessary details, and it was already paid for. After 30 minutes waiting he was told that they would give him the room for the night and that they would check "if it was a real booking" in the morning. He contacted me very upset, and I had to call leavetown customer service a number of times to get it resolved. Leavetown were very helpful and did get it resolved, (front desk "found" the booking the next day) but it was an unnecessarily worrying night.
