Apartment Carmine A302 – Marie des Neiges is located on the 3rd floor of the Carmine Lodge residence.
Pedestrian access: use entrance A (to the right when facing the residence).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, on your left as you exit the elevator.
Ski lockers: located in building A, to the right of the residence's main entrance. (A302)
Garage access: the access ramp is located on the far left of the residence. The main door opens with the blue remote control provided upon your arrival. Garage A302 is on the first level, on your left as you enter via the access ramp.

We always aim to welcome our guests in person.
Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay.
If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
