"Terrible unprofessional hotel. The staff are rude, the hotel had a awful smell. The jacuzzi water was yellow and smelt of urine. My room was so tiny that you couldn’t go toilet and close the door, the hotel had hardly any towels and when I asked for more they said they never had any. When I complained they insulted me. I booked the restaurant which was supposed to be a buffet style. However when I arrived it was all seafood which I am allergic too. I asked for assistance and a rude old lady ...

"Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced.
