ROSE Vacances offers you this lovely recent holiday home with modern architecture, located in the "Le Moulin des Roses" district of Olonne Sur Mer, 5 kilometres from the marshes, forest, and wild coast of Les Sables d'Olonne.



House can accommodate up to 8 people and is fully equipped so you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

The accommodation consists of a living room equipped with two large sofas, a coffee table, TV, WiFi, and a dining room with a table and 8 chairs to gather around a good meal.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace and garden.

A functional kitchen equipped with all essential appliances: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs, waffle maker, crepe maker, coffee machines (Nespresso + filter) ... and offers numerous storage spaces. You can cook while staying connected with your loved ones thanks to the open layout that facilitates circulation.

For sleeping, the house is composed of two distinct night areas; in the first, you will find a room with two 90 cm beds, bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a room with a double 140 cm bed and a wardrobe. These have a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink with storage unit, a towel dryer and a hairdryer.

In the second night area, you will have a room with a Queen size bed (160 cm) including bedside tables, wardrobe, TV with an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink with storage unit, a hairdryer, a towel dryer and a WC. The last bedroom has a double sofa bed (140 cm) and its adjoining bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer and WC.

In this night area, you will have a laundry room with all necessary cleaning equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.



Finally, the house includes a garage that can be used for storing items like bicycles.



Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant wooden terrace and a lower garden, ideally located at the back of the house, quiet and fully enclosed, with a swimming pool and sunbeds to relax in the sun. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a plancha grill, perfect for unwinding after a beach day or spending beautiful summer evenings around a barbecue!



You can easily park your vehicle, with three private parking spaces in front of the house.
